Tournament registration is now closed.

Contact Patrick Nelson ( with any questions or concerns. Please note that completion of the registration form does not guarantee acceptance into the tournament. After the head coach completes the registration form for their team(s), they will be contacted by tournament staff as to whether they have been accepted into the tournament or placed onto the waitlist. Depending on the number of teams that register and the speed at which spots fill up, the first registered team from a school may be given priority over another school's second team (after already having registered one). Earlier registration will provide an advantage in the chances that both of a school's teams will be able to compete.

Payment will not be expected from teams until the final list of accepted and competing schools has been announced, at which point coaches will be notified. However, coaches who have been notified that their team(s) have been accepted into the tournament are welcome to send payment before the final list of teams is announced.

Based on the amount of space we have available, registration is being capped at around 20 schools, with each school allowed to register one or two teams. Registration will remain open after the 20-school cap has been met (a notice to that effect will be posted on this page), and any school that registers after that time will be added to the waitlist.
